A repeatable methodology and working tool for assessing physical climate risk on any asset or operation, now part of how ERM delivers the engagement.
The challenge
Clients needed a defensible first view of physical climate risk on assets and operations: fast enough to inform early decisions, rigorous enough to survive scrutiny later.
What I did
Built a methodology and working software tool that takes an asset or operation from hazard data to a defensible first view of physical climate risk: hazard, exposure, and vulnerability carried through to financial consequence, rather than stopping at a scored map.
Outcome
Now part of the methodology behind ERM engagements, used on live client work rather than sitting as a one-off proof of concept.
