Productising Climate Risk at EVORA Global

Building a real-estate ESG consultancy's climate-resilience programme from scratch: from bespoke senior judgement to a repeatable practice with a £0.6m+ annual pipeline.

The challenge

EVORA Global, a real-estate ESG consultancy, had the demand: investors wanted physical climate risk assessed across their portfolios, and regulation was pushing the same way. What it had to sell that with was one specialist, me. Every engagement was bespoke, every judgement call lived in one person’s head, and the revenue ceiling was the shape of my diary.

What I did

As Consultant Product Owner, I built the end-to-end climate-resilience programme from scratch. That meant codifying the six-step climate value methodology (what counts as material, what gets measured, what triggers a response, who signs it off) and building the tools, templates, and workflows that let consultants who weren’t me deliver it to the same standard. Then the commercial layer: how the service is packaged, priced, and sold, so the practice had a pipeline rather than a personality.

What changed

A £0.6m+ annual delivery pipeline, built from zero in twelve months. The methodology outlasted my involvement: it remains the basis of live client engagements today, delivered by a team rather than a specialist. It is one of the two times I have run this pattern inside a consultancy, and it is exactly the work the Productisation Audit is designed to start.

This work was delivered in my role at EVORA Global. It is presented here as personal track record, not a Fieldhouse engagement.
